20世纪的建筑遗产保护理念主要通过物质遗产来表达文化的延续性,体现在以《威尼斯宪章》为代表的一系列早期国际保护宪章与公约中。21世纪,遗产保护已经成为一个全球关注的焦点问题。然而,社会的多元化发展,以及普遍关注的文化多样性,影响了遗产保护、遗产如何被保护,以及遗产真实性的概念,遗产保护理念的单一性受到质疑。因此,既定的真实性与完整性原则,在当代不断扩大的遗产保护范围和不断变化的建筑遗产保护需求下,已不再具有普遍的指导意义。在此历史背景下,本文对当代以价值为中心的遗产保护理论的出现进行探讨,结合时代背景和案例实践,说明其理论背后的科学性,以期对当代的建筑遗产保护寻找一种可能性。

The concept of architectural heritage protection in the twentieth century mainly expresses cultural continuity through material heritage,which is reflected in part of the early international charters and conventions,represented by the Venice Charter.In the contemporary 21 st century,heritage protection has become a focal point of global concern.However,the pluralistic development of society and the cultural diversity of general concern have affected the protection of heritage.The way of heritage protection,the concept of heritage authenticity,and the unity of the concept of heritage protection have been questioned.Therefore,due to the expansion of contemporary heritage protection scope and the changing protection requirements of the architectural heritage,the given authenticity and completeness principles no longer have general guiding significance.Under the historical background,this paper explores the emergence of contemporary value-centered heritage protection theory,discusses the science behind the theory in combination with the time background and case practice,and looks for a possibility for the protection of contemporary architectural heritage.
