摘要
石城县沙塅村于2016年入选第四批中国传统村落名单,在这次评选中,沙塅村选出了1处文物保护单位和4处历史建筑,在沙塅村的政府规划中,这5处建筑被划为核心保护范围。由于沙塅村地理和资源的劣势,村落及村落内的建筑遗产并没有被很好地保护。对建筑遗产的保护,本质上是对建筑价值的保护。本文对沙塅这5处建筑遗产进行价值评估,为沙塅村保护更新提供一定的参考意义,并为其他地区的建筑遗产的价值评估提供一定的借鉴意义。
Shaduan Village in Shicheng County was selected into the fourth batch of Chinese traditional villages list in 2016.In this selection,Shaduan Village selected one cultural relic protection unit and four historical buildings,which were also listed in the core protection scope in the government planning of Shaduan Village.Due to the disadvantages in geography and resources,Shaduan Village and its architectural heritage are not well protected.In essence,the protection of architectural heritage is the protection of architectural value.This paper evaluates the value of these five architectural heritages in Shaduan Village,which provides a certain reference for the future protection and renewal of these five buildings in Shaduan Village,and provides a certain reference for the value evaluation of architectural heritages in other areas.
