无痛分娩及其护理的应用效果探讨

目的:观察并分析无痛分娩及其护理干预措施在产科分娩中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年3月-2019年6月收治的104例产妇作为临床观察对象,分为两组。所有产妇均采用无痛分娩方式,甲组采用针对性护理干预,乙组采用常规护理干预,比较并分析两组产妇的满意度、分娩方式、镇痛效果、产后出血情况以及新生儿窒息率。结果:甲组产妇的满意度及自然分娩率明显高于乙组(P<0.05);甲组产妇产后出血率及分娩时疼痛评分明显低于乙组(P<0.05);但两组产妇缝合伤口时的疼痛评分及新生儿窒息率差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于无痛分娩产妇采用针对性护理干预措施,可以有效提高产妇自然分娩率,减轻产妇分娩时的疼痛程度,降低产妇产后出血发生率,提高产妇满意度,值得进一步研究。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of painless delivery and nursing intervention in obstetric delivery.Methods:104 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as clinical observation objects,and all pregnant women were divided into two groups.All the parturients adopted painless delivery.Group A adopted targeted nursing intervention,and group B adopted routine nursing intervention.The two groups of parturients'satisfaction,delivery mode,analgesic effect,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared and analyzed.Results:The satisfaction and natural delivery rate of parturients in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05);the postpartum hemorrhage rate and pain score in delivery in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in pain score and neonatal asphyxia rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:For the painless delivery of maternal nursing interventions,can effectively improve the rate of natural childbirth,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia,improve maternal satisfaction.It is worth further researching.
