摘要
前列腺癌是男性常见的恶性肿瘤,发病年龄多在50岁以上,通常与雄激素和/或雄激素受体的过表达密切相关。小泛素样修饰物(small ubiquitin-like modifier,SUMO)是一种蛋白翻译后修饰,有显著的致癌作用。最近研究发现,SUMO化修饰可以通过影响雄激素受体的表达与活性参与前列腺癌的发生发展,并且SUMO特异性蛋白酶-1可作为潜在的治疗靶标。本文介绍SUMO化,以及回顾SUMO化在前列腺癌中的作用。
Prostate cancer,a common malignant tumor in men,occurs in people over 50 years of age,which is usually associated with the over-expression of androgen or androgen receptor.Small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)is a post-translational modification of proteins,and has significant carcinogenic effects.Recent studies have found that SUMO can participate in the development of prostate cancer by affecting the androgen receptor,and that SUMO-specific protease-1 may be a potential therapeutic target.This article introduces SUMOylation and reviews the role of SUMOylation in prostate cancer.
