摘要
受全省供需形势影响,中小水电集中远距离接入、送出通道热稳及动稳水平限制,目前怒江州中小水电送出受限问题较为严重。随着全省重点载能产业布局逐步完善,怒江州大力开展产业结构转型升级,未来全省供需形势将逐步发生逆转。因此充分利用电网平台保障怒江中小水电送出消纳是有积极意义的。本文在分析怒江现状受阻情况的基础上总结网架解决思路,提出解决中小水电送出问题的比选方案,并从解决受阻效果、运行维护角度、对下一断面的适应性等角度对各方案进行比较分析。最终提出有利于怒江电网电力送出及安全运行的网架规划方案,为解决怒江电网中小水电送出问题及潜在运行风险提供决策参考。
Lots of medium and small hydropower stations accessing into Nujiang power grid are affected by Yunnan power supply and demand situation,long-distance and large-scale connecting,and limitation of power system stability,which leads to power generation and transmission limitation severely.However,improving these hydropower stations transmission capacity has positive effect when power demand increasing after industry boosting.This paper summarized approaches by analyzing the current transmission limitation.And it put forward suggested solutions to these problems by comparing and analyzing several factors,such as measure impact,operating convenience and suitability of the power grid.It helps power grid department to solve transmission problem and the long-term potential operation risk of Nujiang power grid.
