摘要
由于电压致热型设备发热集中在设备内部,产热量并不高,同时热量从设备内部往外传输过程中发生扩散,对其进行故障诊断就很难有效把握。本文应用热辐射的基本规律对容性设备在运行过程中产生的热辐射进行分析,得出容性设备的测温原理;通过分析红外辐射的特征和红外辐射在大气中传输规律,把握容性设备红外传输规律。最后实际应用效果表明,利用容性设备的热发射规律和红外传输规律整体把握容性设备的实际运行状态,一方面可以作为红外测试中的理论指导,另一方面提高了红外测试人员的分析能力,对实际生产有一定的价值意义。
Because the heating of voltage-induced heating equipment is concentrated in the inside of the equipment,the heat production is not high,and the heat diffuses from the inside of the equipment to the outside,so it is difficult to effectively grasp the fault diagnosis of the equipment.In this paper,the basic law of thermal radiation is applied to analyze the thermal radiation produced by capacitive equipment in operation,and the principle of temperature measurement of capacitive equipment is obtained.By analyzing the characteristics of infrared radiation and the transmission law of infrared radiation in the atmosphere,the infrared transmission law of capacitive equipment is grasped.Finally,the practical application effect surface,using the thermal emission law and infrared transmission law of capacitive equipment to grasp the actual operation status of capacitive equipment as a whole,on the one hand,it can be used as theoretical guidance in infrared testing,on the other hand,it improves the analysis ability of infrared testers,which has a certain value for practical production.
