摘要
通过分析区块链技术的发展背景、技术特点及核心,梳理建筑工程领域当前面临的主要问题与挑战,探索区块链技术特性解决建筑工程领域问题的优势,研究区块链技术在建筑工程中的应用方式与场景,如招投标活动、总承包工程管理、建筑智慧建造及建筑运营管理等,可解决多个流程中存在的黑箱操作,施工流程管理混乱且低效等难题。区块链与建筑工程领域的融合还在持续探索中。
Through the analysis of the development background technical characteristics and core of the blockchain technology,sorting out the main problems and challenges,currently in the field of construction engineering,it is investigated in this paper that the advantages of blockchain technology characteristics in solving problems in construction engineering and the application methods in construction engineering scenarios,such as in bidding activities,general contracting project management,building smart construction and building operation management,it can solve the problems of black box operation,chaotic and inefficient construction process management in multiple processes.The integration of blockchain and construction engineering is still under exploration.
