摘要
以中山大学附属第一(南沙)医院项目为例,对EPC项目设计管理方式进行分析,总结南沙医院项目设计管理中的经验及教训。设计管理以工期为主线,造价为基础,审核为关键,牢牢抓住提资与反提资重要手段进行参建各方的协调。使EPC项目的经营思想融入设计管理,在设计阶段充分考虑方案设计、技术标准、施工工艺和功能等需求,增强项目履约能力,创造效益。
This paper takes the First Affiliated Hospital(Nansha Hospital),Sun Yat-sen University as an example,the design management methods of EPC projects is analyzed,and the experiences and lessons in the design management of Nansha Hospital project is summarized.The design management should be based on the construction period as the main line,the cost as the basis,the review as the key,the important means of raising funds and raising funds to coordinate all parties involved in the construction is seized.The business ideas of EPC projects into design management is integrated,and the needs of program design,technical standards,construction processes and functions in the design stage is fully considered to enhance project performance and create benefits.
