Construction Change Control Technology Based on Demand and Quality for Large Medical-scale Buildings

结合四川大学华西天府医院前期实施,总结管控医院建设变化的核心技术,采用2个固化和2项受控技术手段,准确采集医院需求,重点分析医院建设难点,着力三级医疗流程与限额设计优化分配,既满足院方功能需求,又确保业主投资品质,实现价值创造,解决院方需求采集困难、医院工艺流线复杂、医疗设备复杂繁多等难题。

Combined with the early implementation of West China Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University,this paper summarizes the core technology of controlling hospital construction changes,the two solidifying and two controlled technical means is adopted,hospital needs is accurately collected,the difficulties of medical construction is analyzed,and the three-level medical process and limit design optimization distribution is focused on,which not only meets the functional needs of the hospital,but also the investment quality of the owner is ensured.The difficulties of hospital demand collection,complex hospital technology streamline,complex medical equipment and so on is solved.
