煤制天然气酸性气入煤粉锅炉掺烧的研究与实践

摘要 煤制天然气产生的酸性气通常采用克劳斯硫回收和氨法脱硫进行处理,难以满足国家超低排放的标准要求,为此提出了将酸性气体送入煤粉锅炉掺烧的方案。以低温甲醇洗酸性气为对象,对不同工况下的酸性气入锅炉掺烧后的燃烧状况和气体成分进行了模拟计算和分析研究,在此基础上进行了煤制天然气项目酸性气入锅炉掺烧的改造。研究和实际运行表明:掺烧酸性气后,未对锅炉造成明显不良影响,结渣情况可控,氨法超低排放脱硫系统能达标排放;锅炉给煤量减少,具有较好的节能效果。 The acid gas produced from coal to natural gas was usually treated by Claus sulfur recovery process and ammonia desulfurization process, which was difficult to meet the national ultra-low emission standard requirements.Therefore, the scheme of sending acid gas to pulverized coal boiler for blending and burning was proposed. Taking acid gas from rectisol process as the research object, the combustion status and gas composition of the acid gas mixed in the boiler under different working conditions were simulated and analyzed. On this basis, the transformation of the acid gas mixed in the boiler for the coal to natural gas project was carried out. The results of research and practical operation showed that: after the acid gas was mixed, it had no obvious adverse effect on the boiler, the slagging condition was controllable, the ultra-low emission desulfurization system of ammonia method could reach the discharge standard;the coal feeding quantity of the boiler was reduced, which showed good energy saving effect.
