丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质复制的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of the Copied Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Mooney Viscosity Standard Material

按照JJF 1059.1-2012技术规范的要求,评定复制的丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的不确定度。全面评价和分析影响复制的丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质不确定度评定的因素,结果表明,标准物质本身的均匀程度、标准物质长期稳定性、定值实验室的重复性以及校准结果引入的不确定度对总不确定度的贡献和影响较大;标准物质的短期稳定性及门尼黏度计正常工作状态下的转速引入的不确定度对总不确定度的贡献较小。复制的丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质在ML(1+4)100℃条件下不确定度为0.5,标准值为47.2±0.5。

According to the requirement of technical specification in JJF 1059.1-2012, evaluated the uncertainty of national Mooney viscosity standard material of the copied styrene-butadiene rubber. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis for the influence of uncertainty factors of copied styrene-butadiene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material was conducted. The main contribution and influence on the total uncertainty was led by standard material itself of the uniform degree,long-term stability,fixed value of laboratory repeatability and instrument and equipment of calibration. Meanwhile, the minor contribution on the total uncertainty was led by the short-term stability of the standard material and the speed of viscosity meter under normal state.The uncertainty was 0.5 and the standard value was 47.2±0.5 of copied styrene-butadiene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material at ML(1 + 4) 100℃.
