建筑装饰用碳纳米管的制备及性能研究

摘要 在NH4F体系和HF体系中制备了碳纳米管,研究了阳极氧化电压和氧化时间对碳纳米管生长、形貌和光催化性能的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,NH4F体系中,随着氧化电压的升高,形成的碳纳米管的管长不断增大,排列也更加致密,生长方向逐渐从部分垂直于基底转化为全部垂直于基底;HF体系中,三种氧化电压下的纳米管都较为细密,没有出现类似的竹节结构,相同氧化时间下的纳米管也更长;无论是NH4F体系还是HF体系,氧化电压为30V时制备的纳米管具有最佳的光催化性能。 Carbon nanotubes were prepared in NH4F system and HF system. The effects of anodic oxidation voltage and oxidation time on the growth, morphology and photocatalytic performance of carbon nanotubes were studied, and their mechanism was analyzed. The results show that in the NH4F system, as the oxidation voltage increases, the tube length of the formed carbon nanotubes increases and the arrangement becomes more dense. The growth direction gradually changes from partly perpendicular to the substrate to all perpendicular to the substrate;In the HF system,the nanotubes at three oxidation voltages are all denser, no similar bamboo structure appears, and the nanotubes at the same oxidation time are longer. Whether in NH4F system or HF system, the nanotubes prepared at an oxidation voltage of 30 V have best photocatalytic performance.
