摘要
基于Corel draw软件制备芦荟改性粘胶纤维/棉织物。选用芦荟改性粘胶纤维/棉/混纺纱作为原料,基于Corel draw软件进行织物款式设计,通过改变织物组织与纬纱密度,制备织物,进行了性能测试,并优化了整个生产工艺。结果表明,芦荟改性粘胶纤维含量较多,则织物透气性、透湿性、悬垂性良好;经纱密度与纬纱密度较小,则织物透气性、透湿性、悬垂性、褶皱恢复性良好。
Aloe modified viscose fiber/cotton fabric was prepared based on Corel draw software.The aloe modified viscose fiber/cotton/blend yarn was selected as raw material,and the style design and plate making were carried out based on Corel draw software.The fabric was prepared by changing the fabric structure and weft density,and the properties of the fabric were tested,and the whole production process was optimized.The results show that the air permeability,moisture permeability and drape property of the fabric are good when the content of aloe modified Viscose fiber is high,and the air permeability,moisture permeability,drape property and fold recovery of the fabric are good when the warp density and weft density are small.
