N-乙酰基转移酶10在透明细胞性肾细胞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

Significance of expression of human N-acetyltransferase 10 protein in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

摘要 目的检测N-乙酰基转移酶10(NAT10)在透明细胞性肾细胞癌(CCRCC)中的表达情况,并探讨其意义。方法对100例CCRCC临床病理标本进行NAT10抗体的免疫组织化学染色,并对染色结果进行观察。结果100例CCRCC患者中,NAT10的表达率为100%,染色强度高于肿瘤旁正常组织,其着色部位为细胞核及胞浆,并在核仁区有特异着色。结论NAT10在CCRCC中高表达,并在核仁区有特异着色,NAT10有望成为临床辅助CCRCC诊断及核仁的新标记物。 Objective To detect the expression of human N-acetyltransferase 10(NAT10)in clear cell renal cell carcinoma(CCRCC)and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods On hundred CCRCC samples were obtained for analysis.Each case underwent microscopic observation and immunohistochemical staining for NAT10.Results Immunohistochemical staining for NAT10 was positive in all cases.NAT10 was distributed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of tumor cells,predominantly in the nucleoli.Conclusion NAT10 could be detected in CCRCC,and it could be used as a potential marker for the nucleoli and the diagnosis of CCRCC.
