经输尿管镜微创手术治疗输尿管上段结石对症状改善的价值分析

Analysis of the value of minimally invasive ureteroscopic surgery in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi

目的:探究输尿管上段结石患者运用经输尿管镜微创手术治疗对其症状改善产生的影响。方法:2015-2018年收治输尿管上段结石患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。观察组采用经皮肾输尿管镜微创手术治疗;对照组采用经尿道输尿管镜微创手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组结石清除率优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管上段结石患者经输尿管镜微创手术治疗后,不仅能提高治疗效果,还能降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间、住院时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive ureteroscopy on the improvement of symptoms in patients with upper ureteral calculi.Methods:40 patients with upper ureteral calculi were selected from 2015 to 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroureteroscopy,the control group was treated by ureteroscopy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The stone clearance rate of the observation group was better than that the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with upper ureteral stones treated with minimally invasive surgery through ureteroscopy can not only improve the treatment effect,but also reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the operation time and hospital stay.
