复方甲硝唑阴道栓对细菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository on bacterial vaginitis

目的:观察复方甲硝唑阴道栓对细菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:2018年8月-2019年8月收治细菌性阴道炎患者566例,随机分为两组,各283例。对照组采用甲硝唑片口服,试验组采用复方甲硝唑栓阴道上药。比较两组预后。结果:试验组持续用药1周后、2周后复查,阴道健康评分(VHS)均高于对照组,且试验组持续用药3周后总有效率高于对照组,试验组持续用药3周后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗细菌性阴道炎效果明显优于甲硝唑片口服治疗。

Objective:To observe the effect of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository on bacterial vaginitis.Methods:566 cases of bacterial vaginitis were selected from August 2018 to August 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 283 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets orally,and the experimental group was treated with compound metronidazole suppositories.We compared the prognosis between the two groups.Results:The VHS of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after 1 week and 2 weeks of continuous medication.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after 3 weeks of continuous medication.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after 3 weeks of continuous medication,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis is significantly better than that of metronidazole tablets.
