老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核临床分析

Clinical analysis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with tuberculosis in elderly people

目的:分析老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核患者的临床表现,探究有效治疗方法。方法:2017年4月-2019年4月收治老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核患者70例,对所有患者实施增强机体抵抗力、止咳、平喘、祛痰及抗感染治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:70例患者中,治愈60例,好转8例,死亡2例,治愈率为85.71%。结论:老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并肺结核患者无明显特异性的临床表现,容易出现漏诊和误诊情况,因此需要提高重视度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with tuberculosis and explore the effective treatment method.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with tuberculosis were enrolled,all patients were treated with enhancing body resistance,relieving a cough,relieving asthma,expectorant and anti-infection treatment.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:Of the 70 patients,60 cases were cured,8 cases were improved,2 cases were dead and the cure rate was 85.71%.Conclusion:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with tuberculosis in elderly patients have no obvious specific clinical manifestations and they are prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,so we need to pay more attention to it.
