左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平在小儿癫痫治疗中的效果观察

The effect of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy in children

目的:分析左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果及安全性。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治小儿癫痫患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。观察组给予左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗方案;对照组给予单一奥卡西平治疗。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果及治疗后各项不良反应情况。结果:两组患儿治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组各项不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫临床效果较好,相较于单一奥卡西平用药方法,治疗后不良反应发生率明显更低,安全性更高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods:58 patients with pediatric epilepsy were selected from January 2016 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 29 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine,the control group was treated with oxcarbazepine alone.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of levetiracetam combined with oxcarbazepine is good.Compared with the single oxcarbazepine,the incidence of adverse reactions is significantly lower and the safety is higher.
