长期低剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效探讨

Total clinical effective rate of long term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis

目的:探讨长期使用小剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治CRS患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予鼻用激素布地奈德治疗;干预组给予克拉霉素联合鼻用激素布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:干预组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且干预组鼻部症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期使用小剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素治疗CRS临床总有效率高,改善鼻部症状效果好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effective rate of long term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods:From February 2017 to February 2019,80 CRS patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with nasal hormone budesonide;the intervention group was treated with clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone budesonide.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the nasal symptom score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effective rate of long term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone in the treatment of CRS is high,the effect of improving nasal symptoms is good.
