比较经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切与传统开放手术治疗膀胱癌的效果

Comparison of transurethral resection and traditional open surgery for bladder cancer

目的:比较经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切与传统开放手术治疗膀胱癌的效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治膀胱癌患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用传统开放手术治疗;研究组采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗。比较两组术中出血量、术后并发症发生率及住院时间。结果:研究组患者术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切与传统开放手术治疗膀胱癌均有良好效果,但经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术能有效减少患者术中出血量和术后并发症发生概率,且能缩短患者住院时间。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and traditional open surgery in the treatment of bladder cancer.Methods:80 patients with bladder cancer were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,the study group was treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor.The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding,the incidence of postoperative complications and the length of stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of bladder tumor has a good effect on the treatment of bladder cancer,but transurethral resection of bladder tumor can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications,and shorten the prognosis time.
