氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用于急性脑梗死治疗的效果分析

The effect analysis of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:研究氯吡格雷与阿司匹林联合应用在急性脑梗死治疗中的临床疗效。方法:2016年9月-2018年9月收治急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予阿司匹林单药治疗;观察组给予氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林实施联合治疗急性脑梗死能在很大程度上缓解患者的神经功能缺损症状,促进神经功能快速恢复,减少治疗期间的出血情况,降低其他并发症的产生,提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from September 2016 to September 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin alone,the observation group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can alleviate the symptoms of neurological deficit to a large extent,promote the rapid recovery of neurological function,reduce bleeding during the treatment,reduce the occurrence of other complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
