盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床效果及安全性探讨

Discussion on the clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年8月收治盆腔炎患者40例,随机分两组各20例。对照组给予氧氟沙星治疗;试验组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果:试验组治疗有效率显著优于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对盆腔炎患者给予盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,具有安全性和有效性。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.Methods:40 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from August 2017 to August 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ofloxacin,the experimental group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride.The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride is safe and effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.
