后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成型术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效

The efficacy of posterior transpedicular internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures in elderly people

目的:探讨后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的效果。方法:2016年6月-2018年6月收治老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者77例,随机分为两组。对照组采用后路经椎弓根内固定术治疗;观察组采用后路经椎弓根内固定结合椎体成形术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组术后内固定松动断裂发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后路经椎弓根内固定联合椎体成形术治疗老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior transpedicular internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2018,77 old patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with posterior transpedicular internal fixation and the observation group was treated with posterior transpedicular internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the incidence of postoperative internal fixation loosening fractures in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Posterior transpedicular internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty is effective and safe in treating elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures.
