硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy

目的:探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治妊娠期高血压患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组采用硫酸镁注射液治疗;观察组联合应用硫酸镁注射液及硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,观察组治疗后血压及24 h蛋白尿水平均优于对照组,且观察组患者母婴结局明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,62 patients with hypertension during pregnancy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection and nifedipine controlled-release tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the blood pressure and the level of 24 h protein urine in the observation group were better than in the control group after treatment,the maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy is remarkable.
