半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗眩晕的效果

The effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with tianma gouteng decoction in the treatment of vertigo

目的:研究半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗眩晕的效果。方法:2017年10月-2019年2月收治眩晕患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采取常规治疗方案;观察组采取半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗。比较两组治疗效果与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗眩晕效果显著,可降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To study the effect of banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with tianma gouteng decoction in the treatment of vertigo.Methods:50 patients with vertigo were selected from October 2017 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the observation group was treated with banxia baizhu tianma decoction and tianma gouteng decoction.The therapeutic effect and the probability of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia baizhu tianma decoction combined with tianma gouteng decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of vertigo and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
