CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199联合检测在诊断早期胃癌中的应用

Application of combination detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,CA199 in diagnosing early gastric cancer

目的:探讨CA724、CEA、CA242及CA199联合检测诊断早期胃癌的应用价值。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年2月早期胃癌患者109例作为观察组;选取非胃癌消化系统疾病患者85例作为参考组。对比两组患者CA724、CEA、CA242及CA199水平,并比较胃癌患者单项检测阳性率及联合检测阳性率。结果:观察组患者CA724、CEA、CA242及CA199水平均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA724、CEA、CA242及CA199联合检测阳性率、特异度及敏感度均明显高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期胃癌患者采用CA724、CEA、CA242及CA199联合检测可使诊断准确率得到显著提高。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of combination detection of CA724,CEA,CA242 and CA199 for early gastric cancer.Methods:109 patients with early gastric cancer from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as observation group.85 patients with non-gastric cancer digestive diseases were selected as the reference group.The levels of CA724,CEA,CA242 and CA199 in the two groups were compared,the positive rate of single detection and combined detection of gastric cancer were compared.Results:The levels of CA724,CEA,CA242 and CA199 in the observation group were higher than in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate,specificity and sensitivity of CA724,CEA,CA242 and CA199 of combined detection were higher than single detection,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination detection of CA724,CEA,CA242 and CA199 can improve the diagnostic accuracy of early gastric cancer.
