综合护理在提高急性胃肠炎护理质量中的应用效果

The application effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the nursing quality of acute gastroenteritis

目的:探析综合护理在提高急性胃肠炎护理质量中的应用效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年4月收治急性胃肠炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组采用常规+综合护理干预。比较两组患者各项症状改善时间和护理满意度。结果:观察组呕吐改善时间、腹痛改善时间、腹泻改善时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,观察组对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性肠胃炎患者实施综合护理干预可提升临床护理质量,患者满意度更高,同时可缩短患者的各项症状缓解时间,进而提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the nursing quality of acute gastroenteritis.Methods:60 patients with acute gastroenteritis were selected from January 2018 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group used routine and comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of vomiting,abdominal pain,diarrhea and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for acute gastroenteritis patients can improve the quality of clinical nursing and patients'satisfaction,shorten the time of symptom relief,and improve the quality of life of patients.
