心理护理在乡镇医院妇产科接生中的作用分析

Analysis of the role of psychological nursing in delivery of obstetrics and gynecology department in township hospital

目的:探讨心理护理在乡镇医院妇产科接生中的作用。方法:2011年2月-2012年8月镇医院妇产科收治产妇142例,分为两组,各71例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用心理护理。比较两组情况。结果:观察组分娩时间及心理状况评分低于对照组,依从性评分高于对照组,观察组顺产率高于对照组,剖宫产、产后出血及阴道撕裂低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在乡镇医院妇产科接生中作用显著。

Objective:To explore the role of psychological nursing in delivery of obstetrics and gynecology department in township hospital.Methods:142 cases of parturient women in obstetrics and gynecology were selected from February 2011 to August 2012,they were divided into the two groups with 71 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,the observation group adopted psychological nursing.We Compared the situation of the two groups.Results:The delivery time and psychological status score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the compliance scores were higher than those in the control group,the spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage and vaginal laceration were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing plays a significant role in the delivery of obstetrics and gynecology in township hospitals.
