摘要
目的:分析在B超引导下耐高压双腔PICC置管中的护理措施应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月接受耐高压双腔PICC置管治疗的患者45例,随机分为两组。常规组采用常规护理;试验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组护理满意度。结果:试验组护理满意度显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在B超引导下耐高压双腔PICC置管中采取综合护理干预效果显著。
Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of high pressure resistant double lumen PICC catheterization under the guidance of B-ultrasound.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2018,45 patients with high pressure resistant double lumen PICC catheterization were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was given routine nursing;the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.We compared the satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in high pressure resistant double lumen PICC catheterization under the guidance of B-ultrasound is significant.
