干洗洁肤液联合茶籽油预防新生儿红臀的应用效果

Effect of dry cleaning lotion combined with tea seed oil on the prevention of red buttock of newborn

目的:观察3M干洗洁肤液联合局部茶籽油外涂预防新生儿红臀的效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治新生儿400例,随机分为两组,各200例。对照组采取常规臀部清洁护理;观察组应用3M干洗洁肤液联合局部茶籽油外涂臀部。比较两组红臀发生率及严重程度。结果:观察组新生儿红臀发生率低于对照组,观察组新生儿红臀严重程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3M干洗洁肤液联合局部茶籽油外涂能有效降低新生儿红臀发生率,有利于减轻发生红臀的严重程度。

Objective:To observe the effect of 3M dry cleaning lotion combined with local external application tea seed oil on the prevention of red buttock of newborn.Methods:400 newborns were selected from January to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 200 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional hip cleaning was used,in the observation group,3M dry cleaning lotion and local external application tea seed oil were applied to the buttocks.The incidence and severity of red buttock were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of red buttock in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the severity of red buttock in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:3M dry cleaning lotion combined with local tea seed oil can effectively reduce the incidence of red buttock of newborn,which is beneficial to reduce the severity of red buttock.
