系统化健康教育对妊娠高血压综合征患者转归的影响

The effect of systematic health education on the outcome of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的:研究系统化健康教育对妊娠高血压综合征患者转归的影响。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治妊娠高血压综合征患者64例,分为两组,各32例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行系统化健康教育。比较两组转归影响结果。结果:观察组护理后收缩压与舒张压干预效果、SDS与SAS评分均明显优于对照组,观察组产妇剖宫产、早产、产后出血、胎盘早剥以及新生儿不良结局发生明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化健康教育对妊娠高血压综合征有重要的转归影响,可以改善患者血压和负面情绪,提高产妇自然分娩率,改善新生儿不良结局。

Objective:To study the effect of systematic health education on the outcome of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:64 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received systematic health education.The outcome results of the two groups were compared.Results:The intervention effect of SBP and DBP in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing.The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group.The conditions of cesarean section,premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and placental abruption in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the adverse outcome of newborns was significantly less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic health education has an important impact on the outcome of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.It can improve the blood pressure and negative emotions of patients,improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women,and improve the adverse outcome of newborns.
