摘要
目的:探讨以家庭为中心的健康教育对社区高血压患者自我效能的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年4月收治高血压患者164例,随机分为两组,各82例。对照组采用常规社区健康教育方法;观察组采用以家庭为中心的健康教育方法。对比两组患者自我效能评分。结果:观察组干预后按时服药行为、健康行为及遵医行为评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压患者展开健康教育过程中,采用以家庭为中心的教育方法,能有效增强患者自我效能。
Objective:To explore the effect of family centered health education on self-efficacy of hypertension patients in community.Methods:164 patients with hypertension were selected from May 2018 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 82 cases in each group.Routine community health education method was used in the control group and family centered health education method was used in the observation group.We compared self-efficacy scores between the two groups.Results:The scores of taking medicine on time,health behavior and compliance behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of health education for hypertension patients in community,family centered education method can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of patients.
