入院“类集体教育”模式对垂体瘤患者自我效能及照顾者负担的干预效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究入院"类集体教育"模式对垂体瘤患者自我效能及照顾者负担的干预效果。方法:2016年3月-2019年3月收治垂体瘤患者90例,分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规健康教育;观察组在常规健康教育基础上实施入院"类集体教育"模式。比较两组患者自我效能及照顾者负担。结果:两组干预后自我效能感评分均高于干预前,个人负担评分及责任负担评分均降低,观察组干预后上述评分改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:入院"类集体教育"模式应用于垂体瘤患者能有效改善患者自我效能感,并减少照顾者负担。 Objective:To explore the intervention effect of"quasi collective education"model on self-efficacy and caregiver burden of patients with pituitary tumor.Methods:90 patients with pituitary tumor were selected from March 2016 to March 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given"quasi collective education"mode on the basis of routine health education.We compared self-efficacy and caregiver burden between the two groups.Results:The scores of self-efficacy after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of personal burden and responsibility burden were lower in both groups after intervention,the improvement of scores in the observation group was better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"quasi-collective education"mode in patients with pituitary tumor can effectively improve their sense of self-efficacy and reduce the burden of caregivers.
