家庭医生签约服务模式对2型糖尿病患者健康管理的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of family doctor contract service mode on the health management of type 2 diabetic patients

目的:研究家庭医生签约服务模式对2型糖尿病患者健康管理的临床疗效。方法:2017年7月-2018年6月收治2型糖尿病患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采取常规糖尿病管理;观察组采取家庭医生签约服务模式。比较两组血糖达标率及疾病行为控制情况。结果:观察组血糖达标率与疾病行为控制合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者采用家庭医生签约服务模式,能够提高患者血糖达标率,具有良好的健康管理效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of family doctor contract service mode on the health management of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2018,72 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine diabetes management;the observation group was given family doctor signing service mode.We compared the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard and disease behavior control between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard and disease behavior control were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family doctor contract service mode for type 2 diabetic patients can improve the blood glucose standard rate of patients and has good health management effect.
