摘要
基于煤炭资源丰富的14个省域2009-2017年的面板数据,通过测算经济发展与可持续发展综合水平,运用VAR模型对煤炭产业投资、经济发展综合水平、可持续发展综合水平之间的动态关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明:煤炭产业投资、经济发展与可持续发展之间存在着长期稳定的动态关系;煤炭产业投资对经济发展与可持续发展均存在一个正"U"型的脉冲响应,尤其对经济发展的冲击呈现2个拐点,最终的态势良好,但具有一定"滞后效应";经济发展与可持续发展综合水平均在一定程度上能够解释煤炭产业投资的变化情况。
Based on the panel data of 14 provinces rich in coal resources from 2009 to 2017,by measuring the comprehensive level of economic development and sustainable development,the VAR model is used to analyze empirically the dynamic relationship between the investment of Coal Industry,the comprehensive level of economic development and the comprehensive level of sustainable development.The results show that there is a long-term stable dynamic relationship between coal industry investment,economic development and sustainable development,and there is a positive"U"type impulse response of Coal Industry Investment to both economic development and sustainable development,in particular,the impact on economic development presented 2 inflection points,the final situation is good,but with a certain"lag effect";The comprehensive level of economic development and sustainable development can explain the change of coal industry investment to some extent.
