高职院校学生工匠精神培育创新研究

Research on Cultivation and Innovation of Craftsman Spirit of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学生工匠精神培育存在着学生对工匠精神了解甚少、学生态度上认同不高、学校教育方式有限、教师工匠能力不被学生认同、学校教育效果不尽理想等问题,其影响因素包括校园文化对学生工匠精神的熏陶作用有限、课程教学对学生工匠精神培育的彰显不力、实训实践对学生工匠精神培育的作用不足、教师技能欠缺对学生工匠精神培养的制约、学生自身因素致使工匠精神培养受阻等。通过科学精准宣传工匠精神的内涵、建立科学的工匠人才标准、校园文化融入工匠精神、全课程进行工匠精神教育、内外并举提高教师理实综合能力等措施,切实推动对高职院校学生工匠精神培育进行创新。

There are some problems in the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,such as students'little understanding and low recognition of the craftsman spirit,limited school education methods,teachers'craftsman ability not being recognized by students,and unsatisfactory effect of school education.The influencing factors include the limited influence of campus culture on the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit,the ineffectiveness of curriculum teaching and the inadequate role of practical training in the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit,the lack of teachers'skills restricting the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit,and the lack of students themselves leading to the obstruction of the cultivation of students'craftsman spirit,etc.So it is necessary to innovate the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students through such measures as scientifically and accurately propagating the connotation of the craftsman spirit,setting up the scientific standards of the craftsman talents,integrating the campus culture into the craftsman spirit,carrying out the craftsman spirit education in the whole curriculum and raising the comprehensive ability of the teachers by taking both internal and external measures.
