养老产业职业教育集团实践探索——以山东省养老产业职业教育集团为例

Practical Exploration of Vocational Education Group for the Old Age Industry:A Case Study of Shandong Vocational Education Group for the Old Age Industry

新时期我国产业转型升级和经济结构调整背景下,职业教育对经济社会发展的作用更加突出,同时也对职业教育提出了更高要求。加强职业教育集团化办学,是推动企业、社会力量、职业院校多元主体在教育链和产业链深度融合,提高职业教育办学质量的有效路径。养老产业作为我国的新兴产业,现阶段开展职业教育集团化办学的探索还较少。根据山东省养老产业职业教育集团运行实践,结合运行中存在的问题,提出参考性建议和思考。

Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading and economic restructuring in the new era,the vocational education plays a more prominent role in economic and social development,and at the same time,it has put forward higher requirements for the vocational education.Strengthening the collectivization of the vocational education is an effective way to promote the deep integration of enterprises,social forces and multisubjects of vocational colleges in the educational and industrial chains and to improve the quality of vocational education.As a new industry in China,the exploration of the collectivization of vocational education at the present stage is still few.Based on the operation practice of Shandong Provincial Vocational Education Group for the Aged Industry and the problems existing in its operation,this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts for reference.
