“新经管”背景下国际商务专业人才培养方案的修订——以安徽财经大学为例

Revision of Training Program for International Business Professionals under the Background of"New Economy and Management"--Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an Example

经济全球化和现代信息技术的发展使传统经管学科面临着许多新的变化。为适应这种变化,国际商务专业人才培养方案需要及时作出修订。分析了国际商务专业面临的新形势,按照安徽财经大学提出的"新经管"建设要求,从国际商务专业培养目标、专业培养特色和课程设置三个方面对原培养方案进行修订。通过对新人才培养方案和原人才培养方案中的课程结构从总体变化到具体模块的对比分析,提出国际商务专业课程结构设置的优化方案及对国际商务人才各种能力的培养措施。

Economic globalization and the development of modern information technology have brought many new changes to the traditional economics and management disciplines.In order to adapt to these changes,the training program of international business professionals needs to be revised in time.Based on the analysis of the new situation facing the international business specialty and the requirements for the construction of"new economy and management"proposed by the university,the original training plan is revised from three aspects:the training objective,the training characteristics and the curriculum setting of the international business specialty.Through the comparative analysis of the curriculum structure of the new talent training program and the original talent training program from the overall changes to the specific modules,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the curriculum structure of international business specialty and the training measures for various abilities of international business talents.
