新时期学校创新创业教育师资队伍建设研究

Construction of Teachers Team of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education in Schools in the New Era

经济全球化、新兴科技革命的发展对人才提出了新的要求,也对职业学校教师提出了新的要求。由于我国创新创业教育起步晚,职业学校师资队伍的建设还存在具备创新创业综合素质和能力的师资稀缺、师资队伍结构不合理、师资队伍整体水平不高等问题。要解决这些问题,就需要从政府、学校和教师三个层面来深化教育改革,以加强教师队伍建设,提升学校创新创业教育的质量,把培养高素质、创新型人才的目标落到实处。

The development of economic globalization and new scientific and technological revolution has put forward new requirements for talents and teachers of vocational schools.Due to the late start of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China,there are still some problems in the construction of teachers'team in vocational schools,such as the scarcity of teachers with comprehensive quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,the unreasonable structure of teachers'team,and the low overall level of teachers'team.To solve these problems,it is necessary to deepen the educational reform from the three levels of government,schools and teachers,in order to strengthen the construction of teachers'team,improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools,and implement the goal of cultivating quality and innovative talents.
