低聚葡萄糖对益生菌的增殖影响 被引量:1

摘要 运用体外模型探讨了低聚葡萄糖对肠道内双歧杆菌300B、嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM150、大肠杆菌B23226、金黄色葡萄球菌14028生长特性的影响,对利用肠膜明串珠菌6055获得的低聚葡萄糖功能性作以评价。以低聚葡萄糖取代葡萄糖为碳源,发现低聚葡萄糖对益生菌(如嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM150和双歧杆菌300B)的体外生长具有显著促进作用,对有害菌(如大肠杆菌B23226、金黄色葡萄球菌14028)的体外生长具有抑制作用。同时,低聚葡萄糖可使嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌提前进入生长稳定期,提高嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌的生长速率,有利于工业化生产。 The in vitro model was used to explore the influence of glucose oligosaccharide on growth characteristics of Bifidobacterium lactis 300 B,Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM150,escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The functionality of the glucose oligosaccharide obtained by using Leuconostoc mesenteroides was evaluated.Taking the glucose oligosaccharide instead of the glucose as the carbon source,it shows that the glucose oligosaccharide could significantly promote the in vitro growth of the probiotics,such as Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM150 and Bifidobacterium lactis 300 B.Meanwhile,it could inhibit the in vitro growth of destructive bacteria(such as the escherichia coli B23226 and Staphylococcus aureus 14028).At the same time,it is useful for Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Bifidobacterium lactis to enter the stable period of growth in advance,enhance their growth velocity and improve industrial production.
