我国农村垃圾治理的难题及破解——基于漳平市样本

The Difficulties and Solutions of China’s Rural Garbage Treatment:A Case Study of Zhangping City

以福建省漳平市农村垃圾治理情况为样本,结合其他地方农村人居环境治理工作情况,梳理和分析我国农村垃圾治理的经验所得及难题所在。农村垃圾收集中转设施、治理资金、垃圾无害化资源化处理水平、村民环境意识等方面的不足,集中反映了农村垃圾治理的困难。可从提高农村垃圾收集处理水平、削减垃圾产量、保障资金投入以及加强村民环境保护和治理意识等,进行难题破解。

The rural garbage treatment of Zhangping City in Fujian Province was sampled along with rural human settlements management in other places to sort out and analyze the experience gained and the difficulties in China’s garbage treatment.It was found that difficulties exist in rural garbage collection transfer facilities,treatment funds,the treatment level of harmless recycling,and villagers’environmental awareness.It was suggested that the level of rural garbage collection and treatment should be improved,waste production reduced,capital investment funds ensured,and villagers’awareness of environmental protection and governance strengthened.
