泉州市民营企业融资难的问题在于:地方政府融资政策引导力度偏弱,企业信用资源不足难以拓展多元融资渠道,民营企业对P2P网贷平台借贷使用不足和泉州市多数民营企业融资环境不健全。解决泉州市民营企业融资难问题的主要途径:政府应对民营企业进行金融扶持,畅通多元融资渠道,融入P2P网络平台参与投融资活动和营造自身融资环境。

The financing status of private enterprises in Quanzhou City was analyzed and found that the crux of their financing difficulty lies in the following aspects:the financing policy guidance of local government is weak;insufficient credit resources of enterprises make it difficult to open diversified financing channels;private enterprises do not use P2P lending platforms enough and the financing environment of most private enterprises in Quanzhou is not perfect.The paper put forward approaches to the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Quanzhou City:the government should give financial support to private enterprises and make available multiple financing channels;the enterprises should integrate themselves into P2P network platforms to participate in investment and financing activities and create their own financing environment.
