摘要
高职院校与企业共建“双师型”教师队伍时,仍存在缺乏共同的利益诉求,没有形成有效的人才互通机制,校企共育“双师型”教师机制不健全等问题。以黎明职业大学为例,从校企共同体视角提出校企双方树立共同建设目标,完善校企对话机制;完善协同育人及人才互通机制,推动“双师型”教师素质提升;完善互派共育机制,实现校企互利双赢等对策。
An investigation into the collaboration between vocational colleges/universities and enterprises in training dual-qualified teachers showed the problems of a lack of common interest demands,ineffectiveness in talents exchange mechanisms and mechanism deficiency in school-enterprise co-training.Taking Liming Vocational University as an example,this paper put forward some countermeasures from a perspective of school-enterprise communities:setting up shared construction goals between schools and enterprises,and improving the mechanism of school-enterprise dialogue,the mechanism of collaborative education and talents exchange for elevated“dual-qualified”teachers,and the mechanism of collaborative education aiming at mutual benefits and win-win between schools and enterprises.
