摘要
为探索体育教师和同伴对初中生运动参与和体质健康的影响,对957名初中生进行了调查分析。主要结论:(1)体育教师主要通过体育教学影响初中生的运动参与,体育教学对初中生运动参与的影响普遍较高,但是影响程度受学生性别和对体育教师的喜欢程度影响。具体表现为体育教学对初中女生运动运动参与的影响高于男生,喜欢体育教师时体育教学对初中生运动参与影响较大,不喜欢体育教师时体育教学对初中生运动参与影响一般。(2)75.5%的初中生运动参与受同伴影响较大或很大,喜欢和同伴一起参加体育运动时,影响程度偏高,不喜欢时偏低。(3)57.3%的初中生认为体育教学对自己的体质健康有明显影响。无论是否喜欢体育教师,都有超过一半的初中生认为体育教学对自己的体质健康有影响,喜欢体育教师时,体育教学对初中生体质健康的影响偏大,不喜欢时影响偏小。(4)喜欢和同伴一起参加体育运动的初中生中,59.8%认为同伴对自己的体质健康影响较大;不喜欢和同伴一起参加体育运动的初中生中,87.0%认为同伴对自己的体质健康影响较小或没有影响。
In order to explore the impact of physical education teachers and peers on sports participation and physical health of junior high school students,this study investigated and analyzed 957 junior high school students.The main conclusions are:(1)Physical education teachers mainly influence the participation of junior high school students through physical education.The influence of physical education on the participation of junior high school students is generally higher,but the degree of influence is influenced by the gender of students and the degree of preference for physical education teachers.The specific performance is that the influence of physical education on the participation of junior high school girls in sports is higher than that of boys.When they like physical education teachers,physical education has a great influence on the participation of junior high school students.When they do not like physical education teachers,physical education has a general impact on junior high school students'participation.(2)75.5%of the junior high school students'participation is greatly influenced by their peers.When they like to participate in sports together with their peers,the degree of influence is high and they do not like it.(3)57.3%of junior high school students believe that physical education has a significant impact on their physical health.Whether or not they like physical education teachers,more than half of junior high school students believe that physical education has an impact on their physical health.When they like physical education teachers,physical education has a greater impact on the health of junior high school students.If they do not like it,the impact is too small.(4)Among junior high school students who like to participate in sports together with their peers,59.8%think that their peers have a greater impact on their physical health;87.0%of junior high school students who do not like to participate in sports together with their peers think that their peers have less or no impact on their own health.
