摘要
针对传统物质检测的实际情况,结合近红外光谱分析与无线通信技术,提出了一种以2.4 GHz射频技术和GPRS通信技术为核心的近红外智能光谱检测系统设计方案。该系统以多无线通信协议的STM32WB55微控制器为核心,采用2.4 GHz射频通信技术进行近距离数据传输,通过GPRS移动通信网络进行数据远距离传输和系统的控制。最后通过实验表明,该检测系统具有结构简单、易于扩展、高可靠性及灵敏度高等特点,特别适合于水果、农产品等的无损检测和监测,具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the actual situation of traditional substance detection,combining NIR spectroscopy analysis and wireless communication technology,this paper proposed a design scheme of NIR intelligent spectrum detection system with 2.4 GHz RF technology and GPRS communication technology as the core.The system adopts multiple wireless communication protocol STM32WB55 micro-controller as the core,using 2.4 GHz RF technology for short distance data transmission,and using GPRS mobile communication network and system control for remote data transmission.Finally,experimental results show that the detection system presents a simple structure easy to extend,high reliability,high sensitivity,especially suitable for fruit,agricultural products and other nondestructive testing and monitoring,showing broad application prospects.
