"新爱国主义"现象始于公共事件频发的2008年,后于2019年达至高潮,其艺术表现可概括为"涉边文艺"。"涉边文艺"形成于媒介融合,所谓媒介融合不仅是新旧媒介重新整合的过程,也是国家与公众重新链接的过程。新媒介文艺往往以国际关系为素材和背景,或者以其对公共事务的表征在全球网路中产生涉边功能。因此可以说,新媒介文艺即涉边文艺,它的产生标志着国家和国民的历史性重构。

The phenomenon of "new patriotism"can be traced back to 2008 when a series of public event attracted people’s attention,and run to its peak in 2019.Its artistic expression can be summarized as " frontier literature and art",the formation of which can be attributed to media convergence which not only integrates resources within the media industry,but also reconstructs the link between the country and the public.With the representation of public affairs,the new media literature and art,under the background of international relations,has performed a frontier-related function in the global network.Therefore,its emergence symbolizes a historical reconstruction of a country and its people.
