基于生态都市主义视角下的绿色住宅建设发展的策略研究

关于城市如何记住“乡愁”,此种在指向下的城市的发展实践效果现在仍然很难评价和表达,但可以确信的是,无论发展理念、开发实践,还是钱学森的山水城市标准,有关城市自然与生态的要素正变得空前重要,而“生态都市主义”近乎被视作当前城市环境问题量身定制的不二方案。城市尺度上的管理意味着积极主动参与设计及管理不同的生态系统,包括环境、社会和政治等。我国政府为了我国城市的合理化发展,发布了《绿色住区标准》,其以新时期绿色高质量发展理念为导向,坚持生态优先、绿色发展、区域协同和创新驱动,不仅适用于城镇新建住区、生态城住区及产业园区,更对城镇更新改造和小城镇的绿色生态建设项目具有积极的指导作用。

It is still difficult to evaluate and express the practice effect of how to remember the“nostalgia”of the city,which is a practice under the guidance of urban development.But we can make sure that all the elements related to urban nature and ecology including the development concept,the development practice,or the landscape city standard of Qian Xusen,are becoming more and more important.And“ecological urbanism”is almost regarded as the current urban environmental problems tailor-made plan.Management on an urban scale means a proactive colleague involved in the design and management of different ecosystems,including the environment,society and politics.The government has issued the Construction Standard of Green Residential Areas for the rational development of the city.The standard is guided by the concept of green and high quality development in the new period,and adheres to the ecological priority,green development,regional synergy and innovation drive.It is not only applicable to urban new settlements,ecocity settlements construction and industrial park construction,but also has a positive guiding role for urban renewal and green ecological construction projects in small towns.
