人口老龄化背景下城市老旧住宅加装电梯方案设计研究

Study on the Scheme Design of Installing Elevator to the Old Urban Residence Under the Background of Aging Population

本文调查研究江苏地区特别是南京市老旧住宅加装电梯改造实例,结合中国人口老龄化的特殊国情和现行相关政策,分析总结老旧住宅加装电梯的基本流程、相关难点、方案设计、后期发展等问题,提出切实可行的改进措施,预测未来的发展方向,为老旧住宅加装电梯提供可行性指导。

Based on the investigation and study of installing elevator to the old houses in Jiangsu,especially in Nanjing,combined with the special situation of the aging population in China and the current relevant policies,this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic process,related difficulties,scheme design,and later development of installing elevators to the old houses,puts forward effective and feasible improvement measures,forecasts the future development direction,and then provides feasible guidance for installing elevators to the old houses.
