基于POE的安置型住区外部空间无障碍设计适老性研究——以合肥市复兴家园为例

Study on the Elderly Adaptability of Barrier-free Design of Exterior Space of Resettlement-based Residential Areas Based on POE——A Case of Fuxing Homes in Hefei

随着老年人口的日益增加,对住区外部空间无障碍设计适老性的要求也越来越高。本文以合肥市复兴家园为例,探讨无障碍设计在住区外部空间中的应用。其中,主要运用POE分析方法,结合SD分析方法,对复兴家园公共空间的无障碍设计进行评价,进而根据评价结果得出相关结论。

With the increasing population of the elderly,the barrier-free design of public space in residential areas is more and more demanding.This paper discusses the application of barrier-free design in residential public space by taking Fuxing Homes in Hefei as an example.Among them,POE analysis method and SD analysis method are mainly used to evaluate the barrier-free design of public space in Fuxing Homes,and then relevant conclusions are drawn based on the evaluation results.
