摘要
垂直型购物中心是在城市化进程中土地资源越发紧缺的背景下而形成的购物中心类型。面对有待激活的高层零售商业,传统购物中心逐层向上推进的动线设计策略已不再适用。笔者通过分析垂直型购物中心的形成、城市立体交通的动线接驳,以及垂直空间模式的特征,对垂直型购物中心在垂直维度动线空间基本形态以及动线空间复合化的方面展开论述,从而得出激活各层商业价值的设计策略。
Vertical-shaped shopping mall is a new type of shopping mall formed under the background of urbanization and increasingly scarce land resources.In the face of high-rise retail business to be activated,the design strategies of circulation in traditional shopping mall which is floor by floor upward are no longer applicable.By analyzing the formation of vertical-shaped shopping mall,the connection of circulation of urban stereoscopic traffic,and the characteristics of vertical dimension circulation space,this paper discusses the basic form of vertical circulation space and the compounding of circulation space to obtain the design strategy of activating the commercial value of each floor.
